Do This For Younger Looking Eyes

  • Treat wrinkles and circles the same way. “Wear an anti-aging eye cream with retinol or peptides every night,” says dermatologist Fredric Brandt. “It’s not enough to tap it along the orbital bone,” notes dermatologist David Bank. “You have to apply it all the way to the lower lash lines and out toward the temples.”
  • Chug a glass of water before bed. The fine lines around your eyes are very often caused by dehydration, so they’ll be significantly less noticeable the next day, says dermatologist Francesca Fusco.
  • Protect them from the sun. Every morning, apply an antioxidant eye cream with SPF 20 or higher to prevent new lines and dark spots.
  • Buy some green tea. If eyes are puffy, the quickest fix is a compress soaked in cool green tea, which contains antioxidants, says dermatologist Patricia Farris.
