Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant Stephanie Oertel came to Greenwich Medical Spa after beginning her career in plastic surgery. She earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh where she grew up and holds NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) Board Certification. Her affinity for medicine was inspired by her mother who raised seven children while working as a nurse. But her true talent for aesthetic medicine stems from her artistic skill.

A portrait artist for more than a decade, Stephanie understands facial proportions and ratios. Her significant experience in BOTOX and dermal fillers combined with her artist’s eye allow her to create ideal results. She loves this blend of medicine and art, for example, the way that providing a natural, plump lip with injections immediately enhances a patient’s appearance. When not putting her artist’s hand to work boosting patients’ beauty and youthfulness, Stephanie keeps up with her painting. She also enjoys running outdoors, relaxing with her two cats Mila and Willow or setting off for the pink sand and clear water of Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda.
