When and where is it?
Our Merry Monday sales will go live online every Monday in the month of November starting at 9am. That week’s sale will end on Wednesday of that week at 11:59pm EST. The special offers will be available for purchase at www.greenwichmedicalspa.com.
What are the special offers?
Each Monday, a new surprise offer will become available. Each special offer remains a surprise until it is dropped that Monday morning, but they are excellent and the best deals of the year. Expect a variety of different facial and body treatments.
When do my purchases expire?
Anything purchased must be used by the end of next year, 2022.
How will I know what to buy?
Our online store is set up to provide you the most information possible so that you know if the treatment is right for you. If you are a new patient and purchase a treatment, you will be required to come in for a consultation before your treatment so that, together, we can ensure the treatment is right for you. A Patient Experience Coordinator will identify you as a new patient once your purchase processes and will reach out to you directly to schedule your consultation.
What if I purchase the wrong thing?
Don’t worry! Before any treatment you’ll be evaluated in-person by one of our experienced and licensed advanced clinicians. If what you purchased doesn’t work for you we’ll make things right!
What if the special I want is sold out?
All specials are while supplies last. Once we run out, we are out for good. We highly recommend logging on early to ensure you can take advantage of the savings.
How will I receive my purchase?
You’ll receive a purchase confirmation after your purchase. Your transaction will exist in our system for redemption.
When can I use my treatments?
After your purchase is complete, you are welcome to schedule your consultation or appointment anytime.
What payment do you accept during the savings event?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept e-checks or Allergan gift cards.
I’d rather come into a location and purchase. Is that possible?
Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of purchases, we have made the decision to keep all purchases online this year. In-spa, our focus is always our patients and the 5-star treatment and experience we provide to them. You can expect this same 5-star experience when you come in to redeem your purchased treatments. We can’t wait to serve you!
If I'm a member, will I receive the my 15% off in addition to the sale price?
Beacuse the sale is our biggest and best sale of the year, we will not be allowing any double discounts or combining of other offers.
