Reservations

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so you may relax and enjoy a gourmet beverage before being seen. It is our top priority to begin your service at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment in fairness to our other patients.

Scheduling & Rescheduling Appointments

To schedule, confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please call our office directly. We are unable to accommodate appointment changes via email, text, Instagram DMs, or Facebook Messenger.

Appointment confirmations are sent to the mobile number or email address provided at the time of booking, and our team will place a courtesy call for any unconfirmed appointments the day prior. It is the patient’s responsibility to notify us of any changes to their contact information to ensure timely communication.

Please note that not confirming your appointment through an email or text reminder is not considered a cancellation. You must call our office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment and avoid a cancellation fee. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Deposits

For CoolSculpting and Ultherapy treatments, a $300 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Cancellations for these specific treatments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits for appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be forfeited.

Consultation Deposit

We require a $100 consultation deposit, which may be applied toward any service or product purchase. This credit must be used within 30 days of your consultation date, after which it will be forfeited.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Due to the high demand for appointments, we require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Greenwich Medical Spa reserves the right to restrict or refuse future appointments for patients who no-show three or more times consecutively or within a six-month period.

Series Purchases

All treatment packages and series are non-refundable and non-transferable, and expire one (1) year from the date of purchase (exclusions apply).

Gift Certificates & Gift Cards

Gift certificates and gift cards may be purchased in any amount at our locations or online and do not expire. All gift cards purchased in-spa or online become active 24 hours after purchase. They may be redeemed in person for services, treatment series, or products.

For your protection and security, gift card purchases over five hundred dollars ($500+) require ID verification.

All gift certificate and gift card sales are final; no refunds will be issued. If a payment used to purchase a gift card is disputed or reversed, the associated gift card becomes void. Greenwich Medical Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced gift certificates or gift cards, and they will not be replaced.

Payments

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Greenwich Medical Spa gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.

For your convenience, financing is available through our cosmetic payment partner, Cherry. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase for all services and treatment series.

Returns

All sales on services, treatment series, gift certificates, deposits, and opened products are final; no refunds will be issued.

Unopened retail products may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase. If you no longer wish to apply your deposit toward the originally scheduled treatment, it will be converted to spa credit, which may be used toward other services or products.
