Dear Greenwich Medical Spa Clients,


It is with a heavy heart that I write to inform you that a fire occurred last night at the retail store adjacent to our Greenwich Medspa- Greenwich location, causing significant damage. After assessing the situation, we are clear that we will need to close the location for several months to renovate.

At the same time, I can gratefully report that all of our staff members are safe, and we already have systems in place to accommodate existing and future appointments at any of our three other locations – Westport, Scarsdale and Ridgefield. While we plan our recovery, all of your favorite Greenwich staff and clinicians will be working out of these other locations. We are in the process of securing a temporary site in Greenwich and will keep you informed of our progress.

We kindly ask for your patience and support at this time, as we navigate the loss of our building, inventory, equipment and systems. Our phones are working, but our server was lost in the fire, which makes online communication and booking challenging. Please know that we are still here for you!

This loss has come as a shock, but our dynamic and resilient Greenwich Medical Spa team will rise to the occasion, and we plan to reopen a renovated space that will be even more beautiful and accessible than ever. We are treating this as an opportunity to refresh the design and modernize our facility- to make your visits even more experiential.
